Thanks BuzzFeed, and some new author interviews

It’s no secret that I love libraries. Last night, I was delighted to be in conversation about THREE MUSES with my wonderful friend, colleague, and literary co-adventurer Ericka Taylor, at our local public library.

I’ll read anything Jai Chakrabarti writes for his lyrical prose and deep love of humanity.

And Alice Robb’s work here.

Alice Robb’s insights into the ballet world are interesting and thought provoking.

Finally, I want to commend this fascinating book, which I just finished. From their improbable escape from slavery, to their passion for justice, to risking their lives for the cause of freedom, Ilyon Woo’s account of William and Ellen Craft was as eye-opening as it was riveting.
